Payment for the order is carried out:
- Bank cards MasterCard, Visa
- WebMoney - international system of payments Webmoney
- Western Union - international translation system
- Through terminals and ATMs of Privat Bank
- By transfer to the name of the recipient (indicated after agreement with the operator)
- Cash payment to the courier upon receipt of the goods
- Arrive at the specified address for payment in person
Delivery of the order is carried out:
- Delivery of the order is paid additionally, based on the distance to the addressee;
- Delivery will if the order is accepted on the day of order (when ordering until 12:00 of this day);
- Delivery will in the days after the order is placed;
- Exact delivery time (accuracy up to 15 minutes). The operator warns, if there are unforeseen circumstances (weather, congestion on the road, etc.)
The schedule of the online store: from 9:00 to 19:00
Delivery is possible in 2 hours after placing the order.
*If the order is placed after 12:00 and the required execution date is on the day of the order, the operator will contact the customer to coordinate the delivery!
If delivery is required from 20:00 to 9:00, please indicate the information to the operator in the order.
Procedure of placing an order:
After you have completed the procedure for ordering, the operator can contact you (if circumstances arise).
If the recipient does not appear at the specified address, the bouquet is returned to the online store! Repeated shipment on the same day is carried out for additional payment to the courier.
In case the bouquet is redirected for the next days, the delivery is made upon repeated payment of the order! Money for the previous frame is not returned! Since flowers are perishable goods.
